Data manipulation

I am looking for someone to do the following Here is the sample of the first file with instructions and notes on the notepad attachment I hope it makes sense? The second file would have partial same information where we need to match Date of birth or first name last name with the first file then add an additional data field that is a number The third part is to rename the .jpg file to the same number as the added column in step 2 Need the job done as fast as possible expect 2 or 3 days
