1) Create an interactive web-based inventory, rate, consumption and financial Tracking Program using Tibco Spotfire. (GUI Design will be provided.)

2) Develop Excel Spreadsheet Templates for uploading to database that Spotfire "reads" from.

3) Setup database and populate with data from existing spreadsheets.

4) Provide training to administrator via email, phone, Skype.
