In this case I propose a master Excel file with a button to start a macro. The macro will first load the data from the source file into the master file. Once the data is loaded either the macro can perform the IF analysis and create the report and graphs or the formulas can already be in the excel form and the report and graph can automatically update. Which path I take depends on the complexity of the report and graph, but I will clear the approach with you before proceeding.
