Hi. May name is Rasha. I am working in the one of the biggest consulting engineering companies in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. From my first day of graduation till know I am working in the same company, 20 years with most wonderful people. I love my job so much and I enjoy doing it, it like a life to me.

Duties include:
Preparation of all company & confidential correspondence.
- Preparation of Manager’s correspondence.
- Organizing the filing system and the library for the company.
- Co-ordination with local and international companies.
- Typing (proposals “Financial & Technical”; local and international, reports, letters, memos, invoices, bills of quantities, contracts, agreements and all other correspondence.
- Preparing the Profile of the company and update it.
- Data entry for all staff CV’s.
- Holding Company's stationary.
- Arranging management meetings.
- Preparing all secretarial works at the reception of the company (calling and answering calls; local and international & meeting the incomer to the company).
Finally my position included from secretary to Executive Secretary to Delivery Administrate Assistance.
