Design of Educative Facebook (FB) APP

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hiring Experienced Web App developer to design an “Educative Facebook App”, it should serve as a simple example to help learn FB-APP programing to someone with some coding background (C/C++, Basic understanding of PHP & SQL, No previous experience on Web/Network programing), it should have the most common and widely used tools in todays' apps. That would be easy job for an experienced programmer (doesn’t matter your actual rating as long as you can prove you can do the job) The project is mainly to be done by one freelancer, however, in the case no submitted bid-offer respond to all the requirements, more than one freelancer may be hired as long as their bids as a whole cover all the project requirements.
