Build a Facebook App

We are a cosmetics company [login to view URL] - we want to build a facebook app that our affiliates (professional makeup artists) can attach to their own facebook page as a tab in the page. On the tab the page needs to present: 1. Our latest looks videos (that can feed automatically from our Youtube channel). 2. Some products (that can feed from our website). 3. A unique code and the name of the makeup artist (that the artist needs to insert when installing the app to customise it for them). 4. Another section that we can use as a banner advertisement (that would be common across all the app users). The app itself needs to have the ability for the makeup artist to elect to allow us to post as their page or to turn that off (at their choice). We are looking for an initial confirmation that this achievable and would then provide a full brief on how the layout should appear when the tab is clicked (our graphic designer will provide the layout we want ie where each feed section is to appear).
