Actionscript Help

I'm interested in Local Shared Objects with flash. I have a number of questions I need answered by someone who understands how actionscript works fully. I'm looking to pay someone for under 1hr. of discussion via chat. The time depends on how fast you can fully answer my questions, but will not exceed an hour. In particular i need to know about how the lso file works and is stored, what kind of error messages are associated with calling in the information. if there exists a master lso which is accessible. I have a basic understanding of how its created, and placed in a sandbox to secure it from other lso's. But i need a much better understand about 3rd party shared objects, cross domain tracking, and import and dynamic loading. I'm looking for ways to gather information about what flash cookies are inside a computer which are not from my domain. If this is even possible.
