I need someone to make animated videos with voice overs. The voice overs need to be in perfect english and you have to be able to do several characters. The videos will be anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minuetes. Please provide sample work and I will describe the project once I see the best applicant. The way I am hiring is a mix of cost and quality.
