Banner ad using animation in Flash

I want to create a banner ad that uses flash for animation. It is for our site, [login to view URL] 1. There will be 3 sizes: 728x90, 336x280, 408x107 2. There should be a picture of an animated pretty woman who pulls up her shirt to say "XXX Alerted at XX - XXX% Gain" There will 4 different ones. 3. After all 4 have been aired, it should say, [login to view URL], and then, Where we BARE ALL the HOTTEST Stock Picks! [login to view URL] logo of our site (animating the changing colors) and the website address should be on the bottom left throughout the ad and anywhere on the smaller banner ads.
