I've been working with a local university to create a smartphone application for farmers throughout the US and thought that a 2-3 minute animated tutorial might be a great way to showcase the functionality and ease of use of this new tool. I'm a fan of the simplicity of the work done by Google to create instructional videos for their Google docs and Google Voice, for instance. I'm sure you've seen these.
