Oil Extraction Interface
This solution consist one or two electromagnetic safety locking extraction hatches. The locking mechanisms are large metal steaks in sliding corridors. The corridors are 4 (four) to 6 (six) inches in width and the length depends on the size and scope of the well requirement. This is part of the well cap that sits atop the blowout preventer or replaces it.
The extraction hatches open by the asserting of an electrical charge to the electromagnet. Once the electromagnets have been activated the sliding steaks will be withdrawn. The air sealed outer shell then allows two interface covers to be drawn outward and slid down two containment tracts.
Once the inner shell is exposed an air sealed unidirectional valve will allow for the insertion of the riser extractor.
Between the inner and outer shell of the well cap resides the housing for the air sealed power, sensor, and indicator cable runs. Though the cables will be water proof and all connections will be sealed, this area of the containment cap should have all air removed so as to create a vacuum and be sealed or filled with water resistant materials.
The inner shell can be composed of a heavy duty plastic or stainless steel. The outer shell should be composed of steel and coated with a water resistant material. (Except for the guide posts which guides the riser pipe connection into proper connection position.)
The two guide post guide the riser pipe receptacle into correct position to interface. At the base and between the two guide posts is the power connection. This power connection is either water resistant or in an air sealed configuration that allows the provision of power to the electromagnets. If for any reason the power is cut, all connections release and the well will be capped automatically.
At each point of the connection an indicator light will show proper connection. Should at any time a catastrophic disaster occur the connection would instantaneously be severed and the well capped.
Riser Pipe and connection
The riser pipe is not permanently affixed to the well. The riser pipe is affixed to the oil rig / mobile oil rig. The oil rig / mobile oil rig (oil rig) supplies power to the entire unit. Should there be a power failure to the oil rig a quick disconnect takes place between the well cap oil extraction interface and the riser oil extraction interface.
The riser can / may be retractable allowing for mobility of the oil rig.
Connection to Well
An interfacing pipe extends from the well cap. The pipe is also equipped with an oversized high-pressure clamp which affixes the well interfacing pipe to the well, unless directly welded or affixed to the pipe. The high pressure clamp is connected to a motorized pulley. The pulley serves as the locking system for the oversized high-pressure clamp. Each locking mechanism of the clamp are linked to high tension corrosion resistant cable. This cable feeds through strategically placed bored holes or welded loops on the clamp and fed directly into the pulley which when activated lock the clamp. The clamp is also chained or attached to each segment of pipe with built in hooking mechanisms by high density non corrosive cable or chain link.
Pulley / Wench system
The pulley / wench system is a high power electric or hydraulic pulley /wench system housed in a plastic dome. Also housed in the dome, is a camera, electrical interface, and air tube.

This invention allows for a self sealing cap on oil wells drilled in the future and/or can be retrofitted to currently existing wells.
This will revolutionize the way we extract oil from deep sea wells. It will also provide a level of safety and security that has never been experienced in the past.
Description of Invention
The self sealing well cap can only be activated by the activation of the electrical interface of the riser pipe. If there is no flow of electricity, the cap will not open and access to the oil will not be allowed. If at any time the flow of electricity is halted, a quick disconnection will take place between the self sealing well cap extraction interface and the riser pipe extraction interface.
