Custom FLV Player

Dear Friends, I'm finishing my Fractal Art 16 minutes short animation film with my scores and i want to publish on my website. I need a custom flv player with some of standard features like play, pause, rewind, volume, embed codes etc. The important thing is preloading and finding/testing the users connection speed and redirecting to other flv related of connection speed. For example for high speed connection will play my 1024k version, for average connection 512k for low connection 256k etc. or any other solution for that. I'm digital artist and i will create any buttons, skin etc. I just need help on action script side. And i can pay $50 for this project. Demo version is required.
