Adjustments in "cms made simple" site

Hi. Need help to do some css/html adjustments on a website made in “cms made simple”. The adjustments: change in the header(logo and buttons), adding a form(code already made), change in list styles, replace design in a sidebar and adding a block(editable text box) with text moving continually upwards in a box(you can see an example on the right side on this website: [login to view URL]). All the new design/adjustments wanted are already designed completely in Photoshop. It just needs to be implemented on the website. More details will be included. The project needs to be completed as soon as possible(max two days).
