Create Starter web site for Anti-Aging/Beauty product

We are looking for someone build a web site. At this time we would like a starter web site, however, will most likely want to develop it in the future with the same web designer. For now the purpose of the web site is for potential buyers to access information about our products. Our products are anti-aging/beauty products. Color pallet for the web site will be mainly colors associated with our logo. We would like the page to have a means to contact us, by email preferably. We would like to have a flash animated intro.
