Change Menu Option in Flash Header

We have two flash headers which are identical except they have different background images. The two headers contain menus and submenus to get to various places on the website. We just need the text for one menu option to be changed on both headers, i.e. the Menu Option says "Founder & CEO" now and it needs to say "Executive Team". There will be no other changes to the files.
All we have are the .swf files. Also, we need this ASAP (done within the next 3-4 hours). If you are unable to do this within this timeframe, please do not bid. I'm looking to award this within the next few hours.
