Customize Flash Template (Templatemonster)

Have templatemonster template 12863 - you would have to determine if its better to edit this or start from scratch, but need to add the ability to edit the text and pictures without having to edit the flash file(s). Doesn't matter if this is accomplished by changing text and graphic files in directories,sub-directories, etc or adding an admin back end. Listed are the areas that need this functionality:
Ability to change the:
-main page top left "model" text
-main page top left "portfolio" text
-main page "Welcome to my site!" box
-"Success Story"
-"Interesting facts"
-"Privacy Policy"
-"Terms of Use"
-"Contact Form" address/phone text
Ability to change the text and pictures in the "view all info" text
Ability to change pictures in the main menus (x01main, x02 biography, x03gallery, x04contacts)
Ability to add/remove pictures in the "latest works" and "gallery"
