add to/delete from existing flash file. i dont have .fla

i have a site with some flash files in it. i do not have the .fla file (i know there are progs that help convert .swf to .fla out there - but i dont have the patience to do this myself). i need to disable some of the email links within these flash files and also add photos. This will probably be something i will hire for on a regular basis from time to time (to update photos within the flash files). Can someone do this? and how much for regular future work on this? my flash file is located at [login to view URL]
