Greetings! Well, this is certainly an intriguing situation - I commend you on your ingenuity in throwing out the unique terms associated with this project! Like many of the other writers bidding here, I have done an extensive amount of ghostwriting over the past 20 years; in that time, I have also published under my own name, worked in a wide cross-section of genres, and done a lot of editing along the way. I love creating fiction from an intriguing plot line, and am eager to read/learn more about your ideas for this book. I'm a stickler for proper grammar and spelling; I also enjoy creating riveting dialogue and exposition. In some of the fiction writing I've done, I have created some unique euphemisms and even snippets of original language (where E.T.s, paranormal characters, etc., have been involved) If you would like to see some samples of my work, please respond with a private message which would give me a bit more of an idea of your concept; that way I could submit samples which would be most on target. I would also be happy to create up to 5 or 6 pages totally on spec, if you provide the genesis of the story line. I often do this for prospective clients, as I feel it is one of the best representations of whether I have the "write stuff" which you are seeking. I am also open to doing whatever it would take to land a literary agent, publisher, and/or go the e-book route - I have experience creating effective book proposal packages as well as POD and e-book self-publishing. I am incredibly interested in this project. I am an aspiring author myself, writing is not only the way in which I am trying to make a living, it is also my hobby, and my greatest passion. I would be thrilled to work on a novel with someone else, as that strikes me as a ton of fun. I can type roughly 70 word per minute, and I have some stuff I've written in the past (including an unpublished fiction novel) that I can send you if you would like to know my style.

I completed the prestigious Masters programme in Creative Writing at the International Institute of Modern Letters, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, in 2011. I was a double runner up in New Zealand's premier short story competition in 2011, and edited Turbine, the institute's online journal. I wrote a 90,000 word novel while doing the Masters. I have put in a bid at the top of your range, and put in a realistic number of days for the size of project. As an experienced writer, I would encourage you to accept that a project this size is a substantial amount of work and you need to allow a good budget and a decent amount of time. A lower bid and an unrealistic number of days will lead only to disappointment!

I want to do this, so here's an entertaining challenge for the two of us: As an 'acid test', send me a synopsis of a short story you would want to write (can be as simple as you like). I'll write the story and send it to you - if you like it, fantastic. Then you edit it and send it back - if I like it, fantastic. Then we work together to bring your ideas to fruition. If not, we go our separate ways and maybe have a e-pint about it in the future. All the best.

Your interesting proposal to write a novel based on your ideas (and life?) is something I would be willing to take on. I am in the process of finishing a short story collection, parts of which have already been published in quality literary journals. Also, I have started writing a memoir.
