After A Fiction Writer to Ghost Write a Novel

I'm looking for a Professional ghost writer of novels (fiction) for a fiction book. Project will be required to have at least 65,000 words,deadline would be 4 weeks but if you require longer no problem,(Professional writer with professional work ethic and communication skills and excellent writing skills is a MUST)I have all ready started the novel for you and have completed 3000 words, I have the full plot and story written down for you, so you do have a very good start, I have also some Character Bio, This is not the normal ghost writer advert as I do have the full story line and plot, you as the ghost writer will enhance on it for me. All content must be 100% original, NO plagiarism. I will be verifying this through Plagscan and Copyscape and you will not be paid if the content is not original.I am after a writer with great creativity to enhance my story,(Please submit samples of your past Fiction writing). As I have already given you the story line and plot and some character this will be hard to copy any other works. By accepting this contractual offer you are agreeing that as the Ghostwriter, you agree that all Work created for this project is his/her own unique work, and does not borrow from any other copyrighted work. You are also agreeing that as the Ghostwriter, you will not be entitled to any royalties, residuals, or commissions upon the sale of this work, or any past or future work submitted from you, the Ghostwriter, to me, the Author. As the Author, I will own all Works delivered by you, including any copyrights and sale or distribution rights. I will also require you to sign a NDA.
