Creating Sketup Model/simulation from autocad dwg and pdf`s

Hello, i will keep this very simple. i need in less then 48 hours. somone who can perfect as much as possible and create sketcup model. winining bidder will be provided with dwg and pdf files from autocad. and wil require to recrate in 3d/sketcup. a similat project was posted a few days before here i will post what was asked, perhaps it will help understaing more what is required. please EXPERTS ONLY! what is most important to me is somone who agees to stay in close touch! for modidifications which will also be payed for, what is important is to be with me until all my requieremetns are ment for the project and not disappeaper. if ou cant guarnte this please dont bid. (similar project that was posted, this is not all my requirments read up the lines what i need): 1. Converting a pdf blueprint copy into dwg . 2. Adjusting the line weight according the scale of the proper sketch. 3. Importing text from files that I'll send you into the AutoCAD draft file and place it where the original pdf spot shows.(the fonts will look the same). 4. Cropping both the pdf that I send you and the new converted draft= into separate pdf files. 5. Stamping the sketches with the logo of my company. 6. The supplying time is critical for me- 3 days are maximum(after my reviewing). so according to this term, the mechanism that we will build has to support it. 7. 3d model- should be build in every service order- it will be build with sketchup (layers and surrounding area included (20 m border) according to the converted blueprint pdf and steel pictures Ill send you. (max 2 days after the supplied 2d draft). 8. In summery: I need with every order the following: a. cropped pdf files from the original pdf file I send you as well with the converted one. b. Converted dwg file from the pdf. c. A long pdf file following a cropped pdf files from the long one.(the files will include text that ill send you its content). d. A 3d sketchup model built from the draft. before giving me the bid, please take it under consideration that there is another pdf file which is not attached that it is in the same size and amount of drawings.
