Background animation and mouse coursor effects

Hello Evryone I need a custom background animation and mouse coursor effects If you can avoid flash would be great. I will create a milestone when the draft is done and I can see it. The background must be purple mist and the mouse coursor must be like mist and must move th mist with some effect the mouse default arrow must be disabled. I will wait and I need draft by tomorrow. regards
