A few images and an icon for an apartment rental site

Hi, I need a graphic designer to create replacement images for the ‘home grown’ images used in a private apartment rental site. These are: 1. A site header image (e.g. currently 760 x 138 banner across top of each page) a. This should contain a suitable image (perhaps waves breaking onto rocks or some other iconic image from the region) plus the site name and a single sentence summary of the property b. 3 similar images are required. An English, Spanish and Portuguese language version of the image text is needed. Language text will be provided. Please note: Spanish text typically adds 30% ‘volume’ relative to English text) c. Any source image used must either be in the public domain or available for licence purchase. If necessary, I will purchase a licence to use the image 2. A suitable favicon for the site. This could be as simple as the country (Portugal) rendered in a complimentary site colour 3. A replacement for the existing schematic country map showing the apartment location relative to main cities 4. A replacement for an average temperature and rainfall chart a. This consists of a small (currently 280 x 209) image of the chart, that when clicked opens a new browser window containing a larger chart with temperature/rainfall averages shown in a data table underneath b. 3 versions of each image, with English, Spanish and Portuguese language narrative are required (text for each language will be provided) I’m after a clean, simple almost minimalist design to compliment the site design. All the images should be part of the same visual ‘set’ with a modest byte count. Because design is such a subjective thing, please provide some links to samples. I look forward to your bid.
