Business Identity - Creative and fresh design needed

:::::Please read the entire job post before bidding:::: Seeking a professional graphic designer to add to the list of freelancers to complete projects from time to time. Must be able to take initiative and complete designs without a lot of supervision. We need a “go to” graphic designer that can handle projects on short notice and be able to deliver professional results. It’s important that you have a good understanding of marketing a business and then be able to deliver a product that is world class graphic design. This initial job is for re-branding of our business and will require completing the following task: All work must be provided in print format that is re-sizable to any size without distorting the quality. Create a new company logo design – Professional, unique, Think outside the box and must represent the HOME WARRANTY business. Professional Business Card design (2 sides ) Looking to create something professional but fresh Professional Trifold brochures design. You create all pictures and vectors that need to be included. 8 page welcome booklet (16 sides) You create all the pictures and 18 vectors that will be needed also. Vectors include Home appliances and systems. We will provide an example of them but you must be able to create custom unique and fresh ones Door Hanger (We can provide the current ones but again we are looking to upgrade and provide a more professional and fresh look) (2 sides ) Presentation folder (front graphic design, back graphics and inside graphics) Company letter head Company HTML email template - Frames = header, 3 rows and a footer. Need a fresh but simple background also Yard sign rider (6 inches X 24 inches) We will provide an example but it needs to be upgraded and fresh - Simple text with a simple graphic design 1 banner 3ft x 10ft - Use your imagination and create something awesome. Marketing banner for trade shows If you are an experienced graphic designer and can handle all of the above we are interested in hearing from you. You must be able to provide a detailed portfolio. Must be able to provide us with all files by the agreed time line or a penalty of 10% will be charged and you agree to that by accepting this job. A 25% milestone to start and 25% more added at the half way mark. The final 50% rewarded at the finish of the project.
