business card design.. simple and fun!

I need a business card designed.. It is pretty straight forward and i actually have the design that I just needs to be perfected.. The designer who will get the job MUST be english speaking (first language), live in America or live on a schedule that will not interfere with communication.. for example I do not want to work with someone based out of china who's schedule is backwards from mine therefore makes it impossible to communicate with unless I stay up in the middle of the night.. This job requires very little work so the price should reflect the job.. Attached is an example of the design that needs to be perfected:
-Layout must be kept same unless a better (more professional) layout can be recommended
- Fonts must be improved to be more professional
-The green part must be removed and switched to clear (can be kept white)
-The city as shown on the "key" must be improved to reflect the Calgary tower (only tower must be shortened and reshaped, other buildings can stat the same) (Calgary tower can be googled)
-I need a good texture as background (attached business card #3 can be used as reference)
To give you an idea, this card will be printed on a thick plastic that will be see-through on the green part.. All writing including the key will be silver foil printed.. The remax balloon will be full colour and the "Big Remax" behind the name and company will be printed in reflective UV ink and pop when light hits it...
I want the card to be funky, yet professional.. Please help me achieve that task:)
