Convert a PSD file to html Website

Converting a PSD file to html web page ***Please do not bid unless you can show me some prior work converting a psd to html*** I am looking for someone to convert a psd with layers that I made to html/css compliant seo friendly webpages. All written text, headers, titles etc should be able to edit via html coding. All buttons, and pictures should be easily substituted by html. I will only need ONE page coded and will be a template for future newsletters I have attached an image of the file i need converted. Along with this bid, I am looking for someone who can comment on the stylesheet, and the html. I will be using this html page for website and also as an email newsletter so if there are slight mofidifications needed to convert one from the other let me know. From what i know my autoemailing system takes normal html pages and can auto convert into email formatting. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform html
