Book- Internal Page text format editing (Design Layout )

I am looking for an experienced book internal Page Layout - Designer to arrange text edited book and arrange front -back covers and spine for a 7X10 book. (The size can be 6x9 or 7X10) It must be in a format ready to upload to Lightning Source ([login to view URL]) Please view the design criteria on their website. This is a standard/includes text, table, recipie's B&W with around 380 pages. Book cover is color (already designed, only template format needed)and incorporate standard elements such as ISBN and bar code. The book will be published in the US market and design must look like a totally professional book cover design as is typical in that market. I will provide you sample script for your estimate. You will be required to provide at least 3 mockups. Only bids with mockups will be considered. You may also include samples of other internal edited/formated along with book cover designs you have completed. Only professional editor/designers please. We retain all rights to the design and sample work should not be published without our permission. The book formating (World/Adobe PDF format) will be required in web, print formats as well as the Lighting Source format. Preference will be given to designers with experience with Lightning Source, so if you have experience, please note it and include the cover you designed.
