I have a website that consists of a table of projects and then, when you click on one, the details of that project (broken down in to several paragraphs and up to 3 images, all with one fixed dimension). The purpose of the project is to show off my skills as a developer -- most of the projects have to do with software. These pages are generated by a PHP program which I wrote (and can change). The HTML can be anything we want (since I generate it). I want a simple, clean, professional-looking design for the web page, expressed as a CSS file (or cascade of files -- knock yourself out) plus clear requirements for changes to the HTML. I suppose it could be a different CSS for each page. I don't want anything fancy or over the top (I'm a programmer not a graphic designer so showing off YOUR design skills detracts from showing off MY projects). Given this, you can probably just use some CSS you have currently have and change the HTML to work with it. I do most of the work (changing the HTML) and you get paid. Easy. There is no commercial aspect of this project so I don't need exclusive rights or anything like that. Finally, I will send you the HTML on request with only a request that you not share it beyond what's necessary to do your job. It's not secret or proprietary (it's going to be posted on the internet, after all) but it isn't in it's final form.
