Adobe Illustrator Apparel Templates

We are looking for someone to work with on an ongoing basis that can help us create our custom sports apparel line. We will provide an Adobe Illustrator CS3 file for each style that will have 1 size designed. We are looking for someone who can take that design on that 1 size and place it on the other sizes. Each different size will need to have the designs size scaled / positioned to fit that size. For the first project, I've attached a sample file that has 4 sizes completed that show how each one should be layered, sized, and positioned. I would like the remaining 8 sizes to be added. Our budget for this is $30 per style.
