Alter some Images in order to comply with eBay and Google image standards

We have 47 images which need to be changed to comply with ebay and google image standards -see further details here

We do have all images in photoshop files .psd which need to be modified to above mentioned standards and then saved in in 2 version. 1 with pink background and 1 with grey backround (background already in the photoshop file) in .jpg format
We will provide all .psd files and all .jpg file which currently do not comply with the above mentioned standards.
A little tricky is that the file name of the photoshop file is different from the file name in which it MUST be saved e.g. "Hinh1 grey" but the modified image then must be saved (.jpg) in the file name e.g. "bmwe24_eng". So you need to check which .psd file has which .jpg name and then save it in with exactly that name of the jpg file in order to simply upload to our website without having to change some html files which refer to those pictures.
Apart from this "picture identification" taks, this should be a easy job. There is no cropping etc necessary. Please find a sample psd and the corresponding jpg image attached to this listing.
