Architectural Illustration Need

Hello this is a great opportunity for the right designer if chosen. I would like someone who has great talent in art design, imagination, good ideas, and valuable input to hand design color renderings of our new nightclub idea. The ideal candidate will have to take our ideas and put them into a visual out look. The designer should have experience in drawings and hand art. The artist should also have experience in landscaping and surrounding features design as well. I will see the following: >Front View Design >Sides L & R Views Design >Aerial Design from a angle >Inside designs of key Areas all themed rooms and images as need >Surrounding and landscaping views >Accessories Images to complement building design >Elevated views as well of all sides and internal designs The drawings will be used for marketing and placed in a website. You can have a view of the quality of work and what we seek by going to: [login to view URL], which shows quality and what we seek but also what, we will do with the images. So we need someone whos up to the task and able to deliver and designer will get credit for there design. This nightclub will be the largest in the U.S. Time frame for development 45 days or less. Payment by major Credit card. Because of the type of project we will pay only after work has been completed. We will secure our relationship with a design contract and a NDA which the designer and company must sign before work begins to insure security and protect of ideas.
