Artwork Modification

We have a simple image modification project. If you can do this, we have quite a few other graphic projects available. We expect a high-degree of quality. This is very important. We cannot accept work that does not live up to the high standards we have set for our site. That is why we are looking for a long-term relationship, using this project as a sort of audition. Attached is the image we are originally working with ([login to view URL]) as well as a reference image ([login to view URL]). What we are hoping for, is the following: the lady on the original image ([login to view URL]) needs to have her left arm created, holding up the scales of justice in a similar style to the Lady of Justice in the reference image ([login to view URL]). We want the arm to be similar to her right arm in colour, look, etc., with the scales of justice added in a similar look, style, feel, etc. The arm doesn't have to be in the exact position as the reference image ([login to view URL]) and you will have some freedom in this regards.
