Cartoonist for Writing Site

I am looking for a cartoonist WITH SOME PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE to develop some very simple cartoons for a Writing and Publishing website. This is the first of many projects (additional work to follow upon successful completion should all go smoothly).
My responsibilities:
- provide you with the style of cartoon I'm looking for.
- provide you with an exact list of 15 cartoon scenarios for you to complete.
- provide prompt feedback should you run into obstacles.
Your responsibilities:
- Provided finished artwork in 300dpi .jpg format.
- Provide 25 cartoons in black & white line drawings (color is OK if possible)
- Draw all cartoons by hand. Computer graphics are not acceptable.
I will give preference to artists who can abide by these terms and also WORK QUICKLY.
THIS IS AN EASY JOB FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.
## Deliverables
1) Completed artwork in .jpg format 300dpi resolution.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
