You must crop and resize all the images in the folder to be the same size and look as the AFTER file.
The AFTER size is 340 x 728
IMPORTANT:
When you crop the image you must make sure it has been CROPPED AND RESIZED PERFECTLY so the door image will have the frame at the edge.
