Design a Logo -- 2

We need a logo designed for our new clothing and accessories company "Cloudy Co." We are a new brand and clothing company whose customers range from young adults to retirees. Many, but not all of our customers and fans are interested in legal medical, or recreational Cannabis as a lifestyle and a fashion statement. Our focus and core philosophies are centered around higher thinking, learning, and meditative styles of perception. Please base the design on the quite crude file included, of course we are expecting a much cleaner final product. Our logo depicts a simple cloud shape emerging from a rounded head and a simple face. We are looking for a clean "icon" style feel to the logo, something that works well for hats, t-shirts, and small retail items such as jars. We want it to have a recognizable shape and an almost "App-like Icon" look to it. The only other elements I would like included in the logo are the text " CLOUDY CO. " Please roughly base the style of text and the log primarily on the hand drawn pencil rendering included as an image file. The text will most likely work best as a separate element below the logo but if you can make it work cleanly feel free to place the text inside the cloud. I have not decided on primary colors but for testing lets start with a BLUEish color for the HEAD, and a GREENish color for the CLOUD portion.
