Appliance Rental Backend ( rent to buy )

We need a management backend for an appliance rental business. Essentially somewhere someone can log into and manage their own database of customers, products and finances. So essentially it would be a login for admin where we can add, remove and disable staff, the admin has the ability to "login as the staff member to view what they see". Each staff member has their own login which ONLY displays their own customers, products and finances. The staff members can do the following: Add products: 1. Name of product 2. Product Description 3. Product Serial Number 4. Wholesale Cost of product ( how much is costs the staff member to buy the product ) Add, Delete, Modify Customers: 1. Customer Name, Address, License Number, Attached Uploaded Documents option, Home Phone, Mobile, Email Address 2. Attach a product against the customer 3. Length of rental ( between this date and that date ) 4. Customer repayment amounts based on length of rental 5. Optional tick box with a date and time to enable customer to own outright after a given amount of time 6. Auto generate invoices based on the above 7. Hook into the finances table so can Display funds received from customer, amount owing, outstanding, total amount due to be paid. Finances: 1. Total view of all customer income, outstanding, amounts due, etc ( as stats to see where the staff member is $ wise ) 2. A list of due, paid invoices across all customers. 3. Choose a customer and view invoices, can manually set as paid, not paid, how it was, dates it was paid. 4. Generate manual invoices for items not entered as products. We would prefer this be build using bootstrap so it can be usable on tablet, mobile, and desktop. Please ONLY bid if you have previous work we can view.
