Build a Website in wordpress with a custom slider plugin

I need a wordpress website built, about 8 pages. The site will have some parallax pages. I will need a plugin built with a slider that the client can upload a photo, header, and sub header. I also need a News & Events and Press carousel built that will propagate with the latest blog posts. I will need a contact form as well, and a twitter feed. I would like some jQuery styled buttons included as well. I will provide detailed PSDs and style guides. Site also must be responsive. I will provide tablet and mobile resolution PSDs. Ideally I would like to have it complete by October 13th. Thank you!
