Summary:
“NAMED COMPANY LTD” (name to be disclosed upon contract award) is a turnkey construction company located in Western Canada. This web site will be the first step in developing a web presence. We are looking to immediately complete phase one of the web presence plan which will include the following. As this is our first website we are looking for a developer who can recommend and guide us to creating a high quality home page.
Note: In phase one we will be looking only for a website with one page with 3 active tabs

Please provide time required to complete scope of work
Layout/Appearance
•Basic page welcoming people to the company
•Goal of website is simplicity/elegance, we need a clean website with not much “noise”
•The following tabs will be required

◦Who we are
◦Career Opportunities
•Owner will supply panoramic photo for background
•Owner will supply logo in acceptable format (developer to recommend photo size and quality)
• Website must have a high quality appearance (Clear/Crisp :Color quality, photo quality and text quality) to the following web sites (Contractor to advise what is required to obtain this quality)

Functionality
Initially in Phase 1 the following functionality will be required
•Tab 1 - Who we are (mission statement/Company profile)
◦page should contain another panoramic photo
◦Owner will supply all text required
◦Contractor to format to owners vision of layout
•Tab 2 - Career Opportunities/Labour recruitment page
◦Page should contain another panoramic photo
◦Page should contain a header and positions we are currently hiring for on an ongoing basis (these will not change in the foreseeable future) therefore we need not have the ability to modify now. We will need the ability to modify as a part of phase 2.
•Tab 3 - Contact Us
◦Page will contain another panoramic photo
◦page will contain contact info for the company including address and telephone number
◦page will contain the various company departments with corresponding email addresses
