Build a Website

I’m looking to get a website developed for a labor hire company here in Australia. The name of the company is WPS solutions.

The website is pretty simple, there is no shopping cart or payment gateway required. I am looking for a simple layout and have provided some sample websites as templates below.

I will need a content management system to update some sections as jobs are completed etc.

I will also need a Facebook page and the website must be compatible with mobile devices. I want the website optimized well so that it appears high on google search results.

Website to contain the following tabs or sections:

About Us – Personnel – Demolition – Rendering – Contact Us (Including information request post back form) – Completed Jobs - Current Jobs - Clients - Employees

Other Features/Subpages to include:

• Job Opportunities

• Registration Form

• Latest news section (scrolling on the right hand side of the main page)

• Search panel on main page (This must be capable of indexing the entire website)

• Possible revenue generation from Google Adverts (If you could advice if this would be feasible)

I have a very small budget but personally I think this is a straight forward task. I work in IT myself as an Oracle developer but do not have the time to undertake this job myself.
