My name is Lisa and I am a professional organizer. I am looking to build a basic website that will give me the ability to have a blog integrated within it. I would also like to be able to collect some data on my users so that I have the ability to send them a newsletter. My website needs to be able to host links for affiliate offers too. I already have a logo that has been created and I would like that to be on all pages of my site so that it is branded. My website will have a home page, about page, blog page, not sure if the blog page should be the home page. This site needs to be user friendly and simple for me to edit/ update blog as needed.

Hi Lisa, As your site is going to be focusing on blogging, I would suggest you make your blog page to be the home page of your website. And keep the ABOUT page and contact page (if any) remain on the side. I also prefer your website to be fresh and simply designed with less image/graphics so your website loads faster. This would be incredibly easy to do using Wordpress. I could have it done in a week at the longest...probably sooner. Can pre-fill with sample content and then you just go right in and start editing. Again, super easy.
