Build a Website

Hello, we have a web site we need repaired. The site is complete but it is in no condition to be shown to the public because of viewing issues with screen resolutions problems, not view without errors in all browsers, broken links and errors in content. 1. You need to be able read and understand USA english. If you can't, then you can't follow the instructions for this job. We've had to get rid of people because of this. Any signs you don't understand english, we'll stop the job ASAP. We don't have time to teach you basic grammar. Native English will probably have the best shots at his job. 2. You need to be solid designer, programmer and trouble shooter. We will play special attention to your ratings, esp web site you have worked on. Here's a break down of the project: a. Site needs to be universally viewable on all devices, tables, pcs screens, lap screens, phn, etc. There are issue with the design that don't make this possible. You need to find via testing. b. Site needs to be viable on all screen resolution. Again, you need to test it against different resolutions and find the problems. c. Site needs to be viewable in all browsers wth no issues, IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc. d. This is 35 pages or so. You are not required to redesign, just find the problems. e. Fix text errors, bad/dead links, remove some cells and tables, add couple of photos and text to existing pages. f. Make sure all photos are optimize on the site. We have some large photos, just make sure the load fast.\ g. Some small cosmetic changes. h. Create one page based on the site design. We provide the html. Just copy another page on the site and change the text to do this page. It' simple. No design on your behalf, just make sure it matches the rest of the site. i. Load the site on the domain in a sub location, so we can review but it isn’t viewable by the general public. Hence, [login to view URL] j. The fixes are list one a doc file from A - R. They are mostly text changes, link fixes, table/cell removal, 5 new photos to add to the site. Simple stuff for a professional design/programmer. k. when you do text updates, you need to make sure colors and font sizes match the existing text. In some files the updated material may not. This is not hared. We will require the final load later for public viewing to [login to view URL], so you can receive payment for that. A second job will be listed for that. This can lead into doing paid updates and fixes for us down the road if you are interested. We have all instructions, etc in a neat file. If you understand English, this is a breeze. No ridiculous overbidding because we will ignore. This isn't designing a new site, it's fixing a site that is probably 90-95% complete, no real design, just fixes and updates. Once you have accepted bid, we will need to get an idea for time frame to completion. This shouldn't take mouths. This is a hard project for a professional. Thanks.
