Build a Website

I'm looking to build a simulator for a point system in a game I play. I am looking for an interactive hexagonal grid that pulls, on mouse-over, data from a database. Each hexagon varies and would have its own image provided, and the user would be able to click on an image to pull more information from the database. The page would need to keep track of the points spent, and allow users to save their setup to share with others. I am trying to mimic what another web site does, but with much more complete data.
