Build a Website

I need to create a user friendly website for a business I will be opening in the next 4 or 5 months. I want it to be simple and smart phone integrated, and possibly have an app developed later on for ease of use. I want to be able to easily go in and upload and change pics on the site of the dishes offered per day/week. Maybe also integrate Paypal or a similar online payment system so that customers have the option of paying upon ordering online. The business is a healthy food delivery service and potentially a meal planning service. I would want some pretty simple tabs that pop up a window with the shadow of the main page still in the background: 1. About Us/the Business How it started Why we do what we do Donating 1 meal to someone in need for every purchase (Eventually down the line traveling to rural areas and providing them with the materials and knowledge to eat healthy) Locally sourced seasonal produce 2. How it works 3. Delivery Map and times ​Of course on the bottom of the webpage the usual: FAQ's, Contact, Large Orders, Press, Blog and links to our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. ​ I'm not sure what other information you will need, just let me know.
