Build a Website

I want to build a website using Joomla. Some customization will be The site is for a magazine. I have an existing site ([login to view URL]) but do not need all the functions I currently have, I want to simplify it. I will need: - to set up accounts for subscribers to subscribe and pay online for their subscription. - login functions for those who want to access certain parts of the site - ability to upload our flipping book files to the server for our online access to the magazine. - a bilingual site (ability to toggle from English to French) - access current blog which was just set up in WordPress - a section for articles - ability to add new articles and place them in various categories - ability to add/delete categories for above articles - upload new pics of magazine each quarter - section on home page with info about new issue of magazine - ad space on the right column - pull down menus for the navigation We will need to have a discussion in order for me to relay all that is needed. I will populate the site with all the existing content.
