1- the solution is going to be of two parts (the server and the pc client). 2- the currencies exchange rate should be updated manually from the server interface. 3- the new data is going to be pushed from the server to the client pc using IIS server service. 4- the client would not be able to update the exchange rate ( read from the server only ) 5- Advertisement banner on the client pc (read from the server ) or ( the client can customize the Advertisement individually for a limited time and after the time expires the client shall read the Advertisement again from the server)
