Here are the MUST HAVE specifications: - Member login o Name o Last Name o Phone number o Mail o Picture (Optional) o Last year income (Optional) - Possibility to add a property : o Location (Must be linked to goggle Map) o Number of bedroom (up to 5) Radio button o Up to 10 pictures (.jpg, .png – 5Mo max per file) o Minimum price asked o Description field (Text area) max 2.000 words o To Rent or to Sell – Radio button o Possibility to close the offer - Possibility to bid on a Property when logged in o Price proposed o Moving date possibility o Small description (250 words maximum). - Mail Alert - Propose me some templates for the website - A Top menu with a visible search bar - A list of properties where members have bided or received bids on - PayPal Integration - Hide contact of bidders if no payment. - A Sharing button on each property.
