Hi I need a talented person to design a brochure. I will need a front and back cover as well as 4-8 pages inside. This is for a real estate company; however, the feel of the brochure needs to have a non-real-estate feel..in other words, I want it to be inviting and warm, instead of the standard all-business feel that comes with most real estate information. The look should be more like something you would get from a vacation company, not a real estate company. Are you up for the challenge? All copyrights will belong to me and nothing should be a copy of other works.
