Alter/Remove Info from PDF Manufacturing Drawings

We have 7 PDF files with a total of 61 individual pages of manufacturing (drafting) part drawings that need to have the manufacturer information cleaned off.
This includes the "KUDU" name and legal disclaimer on each drawing in the title block. Some drawings also have watermarks in the middle that need to be removed as well, but the information that the watermarks are behind needs to remain on the drawings. Also, the KUDU name is stamped onto some castings of the 3D parts in the drawings, this needs to be "smudged" or removed so it is not recognizable.
The PDF's need to be cleaned, maintain resolution and remain at a reasonable file size, less than 5MB.
Files will not be available for viewing until the project is awarded.
I believe that the job should be completed in 4-5 solid hours of work.
