App Icon (Apple App) for Game Needed

I need app icons created for my app I am making. The app is for Apple only so I have all of the sizes I need. The sizes are as followed:
App Store Icon - 1024x1042 pixels
iPhone home screen Icon - 60x60 and 120x120 (retina) pixels
iPad home screen Icon - 76x76 and 152x152 (retina) pixels
iOS6 iPhone home screen Icon - 57x57 and 114x114 (retina) pixels
iOS6 iPad home screen Icon - 72x72 and 144x144 (retina) pixels
I need all of those sizes listed in PNG format as well as the 1024x1024 in PSD if possible. DO NOT round the edges, I will do that. Just make them a perfect square.
I have some screenshots from my app to give you an idea. I included some gameplay, the main menu, and my main character. If you need more images from my game just let me know. Other than that it's pretty much free for ideas. I expect someone who is willing to cooperate until I am 100% satisfied. I need this done ASAP.
