Looking to have a brochure made for a very high end real estate listing. Property is a log cabin situated in the mountains of Virginia. I will provide multiple photos to use and some specs of home - bed, baths, etc - but the written verbiage, layout, and theme will need to be completed by you. Need the brochure to be able to be mailed out via the mail and e-mail to a list of clients. Want it elegant and at the same time informational. Will need a spot for contact information and website information......we will want to direct all our correspondance to this website (needs to be made still - if you can build this as well - will be an added bonus). Looking to have completed in the next two weeks as we want to start our marketing campaign April 1st.
