I am looking for someone who can design an A4 certificate with special prints that will be difficult to reproduce. this will be printed on A4. The graphic must be such that I can print on top of it. See attached sample. Try to come up with a unique design from the one attached. I will be selecting a bid in the next 5 hours I would like this done by end of day Friday
